Due to the customized nature of the orders, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Orders are typically curated within one week of receiving them. Arrival time to your address will vary depending on carrier service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. Most packages are shipped USPS or UPS. Orders that are 3 scoops and over ship for free. There is a $12.99 standard shipping fee on other orders.
When placing an order for a Video of scoops add-on, please include which social media platform you'd like to see your video on and your username so I can tag you.
At checkout, please request at least 2 colors you would like your surprises to be curated around, if you wish, and up to 3 items only you wish not to receive. If items you wish not to receive are scooped, they will be traded out for other items. If no special color requests are made, you will likely receive a mix of many different colors, truly a "surprise scoop"!! While I will try my best to match your color requests, please understand that the items available may not always allow for a perfect color match. I will do my best to get as close as possible to your requests.
